New Visa Policy: No Passport Stamp for Iran Visitors
To ease concerns related to U.S. sanctions on travelers who visit Iran, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced a new visa system that eliminates passport stamping for tourists entering the country.
Under this policy, no entry or exit stamps will be placed in your passport when you travel to Iran. This initiative is designed to reassure tourists—especially those who may face restrictions when traveling to the United States or other countries afterward.
This decision has been officially approved by the Iranian Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Council of Ministers, and is now fully implemented. Important Note:

Important: Visa‑free entry must begin from your country of citizenship. If you enter from a third country—or if you wish to stay longer, extend your visit, or travel for non‑tourism purposes—you must apply for the appropriate visa in advance.
